My name is Graeme Pullen, and I’ve fished for, and caught, a huge variety of fish under different circumstances. From coarse fish like Carp, Pike, Tench and Barbel, to big Rainbow trout and all the species of Salmon. From Common Skate to Pollack, Ling to Conger. If I did have any speciality it was in catching Marlin, and in that respect, like many anglers, I used to record everything. I stopped counting Marlin when I reached 250 as I soon realised it means nothing to anyone except me. I would probably carry a candle for shark fishing, and have taken no less than 8 over 1000lbs, largest 1,500, including a “Grander” on my 80lb standup. I can fly fish, bait cast, beach cast, or crank on a full set of 130 in a Big Game chair. It’s all just fishing to me, but along the way I have stored around 20,000 photos, written over 700 articles in 46 different publications, made a few fishing programmes and published 16 fishing books.

I love photography, and have made my own home made videos in the “”Totally Awesome” range of VHS tapes many years ago, and we have been able to resurrect them as the Vintage Series. I have recently decided to try and capture some of the better fishing available today, with the emphasis to pass on tips to others. There must also be youngsters out there who need some steerage through society, and going fishing is certainly more appealing to me than trashing the local high street, or beating up an 80-year old. This website was the brainchild of my son Mike, so I’ve got him to blame for a 3000% increase in my workload. I am new to the world of websites, but I assure you I am not new to the world of fishing.
